Funny. I knew what it probably meant, but I had this niggling little doubt suggesting it might possibly be about how many people you've dumped. (Or alternately, how many times someone's dumped you.)

Anything magic related. Damn Satanic Pagan rituals. Dumbass fighter all the way, baby.

My favorite kind of character is one with a ridiculous amount of passive abilities, and few active. So I just run around tanking everything with my face. TAKE THAT, GAME WORLD.

Agility.

I don't care about my speed or archery in Castle Crashers, it's all magic, defense and strength for me!

I dump the stat that the classes are designed to dump. Mage dumps strength, orc warrior laughs at intelligence.

Exactly how I always end up playing my characters. I always favor the passive abilities over the active. xD A useless passive ability is usually much more useful than an active ability you'll never use.

I don't have a primary dump stat. I play all kinds of characters. Dex based thieves, strength based warriors, intelligence based mages. I usually prefer the melee characters, though.

I tend to prefer mages, so usually it's strength. That, and I like roleplay-heavy games and I also tend to bluff my ass off a goodly amount of the time so CHA is never my dump stat.

(I actually thought this was going to ask which was our dump stat IRL, and I was all set to respond with "CON, apparently :(")

For a D&D game, Intelligence is my dump stat. For games with SPECIAL, it's strength.

And in real life it's also strength.

Anything to do with creating items, I'm the impatient RPG player, screw alchemy, smithing, enchanting... "Don't let anyone tell you otherwise".

Dump Stat made me think of something different than what was intended. On my original thoughts, my stat for dumping (as in pooing) is quite high.

If you mean stat I use the least, twould be charisma. Why bother talking your way out of trouble when you could just kill them and end all future trouble?

My dump stat is pretty much always intelligence or the equivalent. I like the typical I R swing sword character with no brains.

If pressed to name one, Strength. But I prefer to have an overall fairly balanced (but unremarkable) character, rather than one with amazing stats in her field of choice and near uselessness outside of it.
I totally want to see you play a FATE based RPG

Anyway, I don't have a goto dump stat, because that's a silly idea. Your only dump stats should be whatever doesn't fit whatever character you're playing at the time.
the OP would be screwed if he played a cleric in DND

Also, it's hilarious seeing all the people talk about different games stats. At least half of you are DND and most of the rest are Bethesda games.

usually it's con or wisdom. if it's a dungeon crawl it's cha wis and finally con. rogues baby, we get by on good looks and quick fingers. and being untouchable helps too, with high dex I don't even need armor

When I play D&D, my friends normally get decent fighting covered, and I'm much more likely to screw about and play the bard, so I max up my charisma & dex, and leave strength as my dump stat... Last character I rolled, I irritated the hell outta my pals by rolling an 18 and putting it into Charisma, although they weren't complaining when I ended up with +16 diplomacy rolls... :)

I'm not familiar with the system. Can you tell me about it?
