what is your favorite game of all time?

Sonic Adventure 2. [...] The stages were fun and exciting, there were lots of levels, a great story with an even better soundtrack, and chao.

It is a tie between Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie. I refuse to choose one or the other. Great graphics for the time, amazing soundtrack, solid gameplay, huge world, it has all the makings of what I am looking for in a video game. Those two games were the staple of my childhood, and have influenced me for the rest of my life.

How could I forget these (aside from the fact I last played them 12 years ago)???

I'm gonna say Dragon Age 2. I know it's nowhere near a perfect game, but I don't believe their are a better group of companions . . .wel ever. It's my favourite just because of these characters.

Kingdom hearts series ( favourite being 2 and birth by sleep)
Im not a very emotional person but something about the story got to me and the combat was good, nice variety inbetween button mashing
