What is your (realistic) Dream Job?

I want to be a scientist and do science, then the Nobel committee be "That science, dayummm!" and I get my science prize for science, then I go on TV and engage the public in science and the public will be all "That is some nice science."

Unfortunately since when I tried to write a paper it came out something like that, I'd have to say maybe not so realistic, although I am getting better.

A high profile chef with hours that are not absurd. Seriously I want to be a chef but... those hours. 90+ hour work weeks no holidays no days off, try not going mental.
