Hmmm. I would drop 2 from the following list: Button down shirt with +10 to charisma; polo shirt with +10 to charisma; walking shoes with +10 to comfort; A cell phone that gives -10 dexterity; a wallet worth more than the money in it(no, not a really expensive wallet)

I would with certainty drop Knife of Usefulness, available for lots of situations, but an awful weapon and a random Fancy Tie, giving bonuses in charisma, but minus in wind resistance.
I also have a chance of dropping Small Dirty Towel, some currency, and rarely Hat of Fanciness, which increases accuracy, but decreases speed.
That's it, at best, since the RNGod isn't always on your side. After playing The Binding of Isaac, I've started ritual sacrifices to appease it.
