Grand Theft Auto 3
I loved just screwing around. Quite a bit of time pasted until I played another M game.

My mom thought it was a racing game.
Shes learn better since then.

Half-Life I think. Maybe.

Was the first M-Rated game I owned at least.

I think the first actual M game that I played was Halo when I was about 11 or 12, but I remember playing a demo of Soul Reaver back when I was 5 or 6.

Wolfenstein. God I love that game, even though it would be rated T today, back then, anything with guns and blood is Rated M and I loved it all.

GTA Vice City. And I was 12. Obviously I am now a serial killer with no morality because I played a violent game when I was young.

I'm not 100% sure. It was either Duke Nukem, Wolfenstein 3D, Unreal Tournament or some other shooter along those lines.
May have been Hexen...
Ahh nostalgia.

The very first Resident evil. Older brother showed it to me, was scared shitless, couldn't sleep for a week.

So what was the first game you played that was suppose to be for 17 and older? (or whatever the highest rating in your country is)

Mine was Wolfenstein 3D when I was 6 I believe, it was extremely fun for it's time.
Mine was Doom, and I was 10. If you want to get technical, the ESRB wasn't around to rate Doom and Wolf 3d at the time. Still, your point is that the games were still meant for 17 or older.
