I can look you in the eye like a man and tell you to piss off.

I could also run away because I don't have any combat experience, nor do I WANT to have that experience.

But I could always hit you in the head with a bat should things go wrong.

Cane, never underestimate the power of a cane.

Stainless steel can leave quite a mark.

Im not too bad at shootin' stuff. I've fired a 7.62, 5.56, and .38. Also many, many air rifles.
EDIT: Plus shotguns. 3 targets in one shot, YEAHHHHH!

I'm good with a sword, but could be better. (I would love to find a kendo master who could teach me more, but I can't seem to find any classes that teach kendo.) I can also use a bow and arrow as well.

I'm good with any kind of pistol, sub-machine guns, and rifles. Boot camp teaches us that. Also, I can fly a FA-18 Fighter Jet, and an Apache Attack Helicopter.
Wait, you served as an Army chopper pilot and a Navy fighter pilot?
I'm in the Air Force. We learn how to fly EVERY DAMN THING THEY DECIDE TO PUT US BEHIND.
You're full off it.

Friendly advice: Look for someone who can teach you cane-fighting, baton, or sticking. MUCH more useful than kendo.

I am self-taught in swordfighting, and I'm a blackbelt in Karate

So no weapon, really. But I can cut faces open with a wet towel.

I am able to use my fists quite well as I do Karate and have done so for quite awhile. I also have some experience using 12 guage huntnig shotguns and a Bolt action rifle. The rifle I have used scoped with a stand as it is also used for hunting.
