That would be the '2000's', or 'turn of the millennium'. Amusingly, a decade from now will be the beginning of the 'Twenty-twenties'.

...Aha. I...kinda see? I read that, and immediately called that "T20". Apart from using the cricket bat in other ways, I don't really see how calling the name something exciting would make it exciting. But, point taken, it's also the unknown name of a semi-worldwide game, not just a decade.

Twenty20 is just the name for one type of Cricket game, in which each side has 20 overs (/rounds/plays). Hence the name.

It was designed as a short alternative to the 5-day long test matches normally played by international teams.
