Fuck yeah!

Ah well...

I'd ban... I guess I'd ban stupid DRM.

Yeah, DRM that does nothing but hurt the consumer, I'd ban the hell out of that.
Umm... does that include Steam? Because Steam is great!

I would ban people who ban things simply because they make people who aren't them happy. ex. gun control and gay marriage.

I'd ban religious/ethnic/racial profiling.
"Muslims? In an airport? TERRORISTS"

Alternatively, people trying to obstruct the First Amendment. Hi, state of California.
How would you enforce that?

I'd probably ban smoking, and before I get any shit for it, let me just lay it out as Pros and Cons and then arguments against each (if I can think of any).

Cons:
Violation of Freedoms (though, truthfully speaking, a large number of addictive and harmful drugs are illegal (cocaine, marijuana, LSD, etc)

Pros:
Harder for young people to be pressured into smoking because it would be so hard to acquire cigarettes.
Those who need help quitting have the struggle taken away.
Harder to get addicted (and I think we can mostly agree that there is a difference between choosing to smoke because you like it and thinking you want to because your bad habit has mentally screwed you over)
Frees up a lot of money for smokers as they no longer have to spend thousands upon thousands feeding their addiction.
Cigarette smoke smells like shit.

A lot of people say smoking, why are so many people here pro marijuana and anti cigarettes.

OT: I'll ban the use of the word glockenspiel.
Then it will become a very popular word due to it being banned.

I'm not pro marijuana, I despise most mind-altering drugs because I value a sense of identity (it can sometimes be a long explanation, so I'm not going to write it out). Also, even some drugs that aren't addictive chemically can be socially addictive (they become habits, not addictions) and can then proceed to form relationship troubles, isolation issues, financial trouble, stress for those close to you as they watch you throw your life away. Also, most of them tend to be detrimental to your health.

I'd ban all forms of food additives.
That's what's wrong with the youth now-days. It's all the artificial crap put into food that alters people's minds. Next time you're in the supermarket have a look at what's actually in the "food" you're about to buy...
you have done little to no research from unbiased sources have you? you understand that 1. organic foods have been proven to be just as bad for you as processed foods(because they contain a lot of bug crap and other things) and because organic food cannot be grown on the same volume as other foods about half the population would starve to death so yeah do some actual research. also I can find them I will like the organic food studies since I actually read the in a publication not on the internet.

the world economy would be severely damaged as cigarettes and other forms of tobacco.

also that young people thing is bullshit dope is banned and kids still get a hold of that, and also why ban it out right why not have smoking areas and non smoking areas like most countries have so you know people who don't want to smoke can avoid the smell and second hand smoke and the people who do can enjoy the whole pursuit of happiness thing.
