I'd keep it with me to help my friends if they ever lose a key, or want to mess around by finding out what is behind a locked door. Also may unlock random things I find... Just to have a look inside. Also if it didn't need an actual keyhole I'd try and make holes in walls and such to see what would happen if I tried to unlock it...

Also start a small business in which people pay me for unlocking things.

I'd use it to take holidays in unoccupied mansions.

And, of course, to really piss people off when they were absolutely certain they'd locked the door.

Although that small business idea mentioned above is fantastic, you could get people back into their cars without breaking any windows and stuff.
