i would leave a phone by the message and have the message saying "call 493-993-5776 to get immediate resupply or evac. pick up on your site"
in which they would be jumping for joy, but of course that number would actually call a phone with a super loud and annoying non stop ringtone within the same safe house (it will be decently hidden too) they are in so it attracts the hell out of any zombie/infected in the area.
