What's the Best Soundtrack You Have Ever Heard in a Game

Kingdom Hearts 2 has my favorite music, and FFIV's GBA quality music is better than the DS version's remastering.
Then the pokemon games always have had good ones....

Brutal Legend easily has the best sound track. The game is metal in video game form.
To be fair, that, much like rhythm games, is how it was designed to be: music in game form.
My favorite soundtrack out of any game...that's a toss up, Bioshock and Silent Hill 2 both have incredibly atmospheric moods and an atmosphere is nothing without its soundtrack.
I would have to say Gun, though. I received one of those speaker chairs a few years back for Christmas. You sit in one and it's surround sound in a tiny space. Gun's soundtrack blew me away and even without the chair (as it has been long broken) Gun still brings a smile to my face.
A worthy mention is Metal Gear Solid 3; the intro song of the game perfectly captures the mood.

I can't really be arsed to pick a favorite at the moment (trust me, I would take a while), but I will say that the Halo games all had awesome soundtracks. The game's weren't anything that special, but the music was damn good.
This, or Halo 3. I'm listening to it right now, it's so epic. Marty O'Donnell is a pure genius. Like, the mix between the violins and the pianos just does it for me. OR Medal of Honor: European Assault. That had some sweet music too.Tinneh said:

I really enjoy the Halo soundtrack. It's just something about it.

The music in Hitman: Blood Money, you know, when you'd be walking then the soft music would come in, no, not the music when you are discovered, you'll know what I'm talking about if you've played it.
