My characters greatest weakness is melee combat... So i fight in melee combat while wearing a thalmor coat... That has an armor rating of 0 if im not mistaken.
Oh and i use a Blades sword in my main hand and a summoned sword as my secondary.

Large groups of clustered mages.
I play a sneaky archer/melee tank, so fighters, archers, and individual mages pose little threat.
But I have paltry magic resistance, so if I can only kill one mage from stealth before the rest find me I'm screwed unless I chug all my potions to resist as many sources of magic damage as possible.

Other than that? Eh, probably that if I can't one-hit-kill thanks to my sneak attack bonus, I'm usually boned. Once you start sneaking, you can't go back. Not safely, at any rate.

Pansy-ass ice mages who backpeddle and spam Ice Spike en-masse when they see the frightening Nord in Blades armor charging at them, Legendary Ebony Swords held high. Surprisingly, though, a gang of Falmer Shadowmasters can also kick my ass so I have to re-evaluate my gameplay before Alduin
Magic users (particularly fire-users) that I can't get in close to within several seconds. They can ravage me.

Being a mage trying to kill stuff when you can't see it is a hard since you're completely ranged focused and the damage on close moves is terrible at high levels, it's made me consider making a Khajiit.
Apart from that small areas and being surprised. I one hit most enemies but I go down in 3 hits. So i have to plan out attacks to avoid getting hit and constantly kite but my slow down time shout makes that much easier. I'm a glass cannon pretty much.

On my warrior, I have very low resistance to magic, if I don't run them through before they have the chance to attack. This was improved since I got ebony armour and improved shield abilities.

Running out of magicka. As long as I have a full bar of the blue stuff there's nothing I can't do but if I start to wear out and don't have any magicka potions this start sucking real fast.

Though you also have to be careful with enemies capable of critical hits. Restoration magic isn't worth crap if you get killed in one shot.
