I'm the Usurper, *****... That means my name's Jacob.
Just to fuck with people, my parents gave me the middle name "Henry" which means home ruler.

I was named for the midwife who helped deliver me and both my older brothers. Being male, it's a bit odd being named after a woman, but eh, at least it was a name that had a male variant (or the other way around, rather).

As far as I am aware, it has its origin in Latin, meaning stern. I quite like it.

I was named after the author of Green Darkness, Anya Seton. It's a Russian name that means gracious. However, living in Northern Ireland my entire life, I have been called "Áine" and "Enya" more times than I care to admit. It looks and sounds nothing like either. So, I decided to adopt the pen-name "Anja Pattönova" so it looks a wee bit more Nordic. I suppose it works; I already look like a stereotypical Swedish woman, haha.
