People like BioWare games because that is their opinion. I really don't see what's hard to understand about it.

I'll admit the level design and some of the dialogue writing is patchy, and the gameplay tends to be a bit clunky until you get used to it.
Bioware make a very specific type of game and if you don't like that type of game you'll never enjoy a Bioware game. If you do, you will.
