PG Porn... featuring Nathan Fillion, Aria Giovanni, a cheesy soundtrack, and manufactured VHS lines:

-FYI, the only NSFW moment in there doesn't involve any nudity or sex...

I neither love nor hate Nathon Fillion. He's an okay actor, and seems like a nice guy.

I hate Joss Whedon, though.

Because he's just... amazing. He's like Bruce Campbell, you can't really put your finger on why he's awesome, he just radiates geek-cool from every pore.
I don't know why it never occurred to me but I'd say you are correct. Now, clearly this calls for some sort of mega project where the two collaborate. Were that to happen, my head would almost certainly explode from surprise with such force that reality itself would be sundered.

I have heard him be mentioned as a "good" Hawkeye, Hank Pym, Green Lantern, you name the hero and you know there is a fanboy screaming Fillions name.

And here is the ting, Fillion is no longer the guy he played in Firefly, he is older and more bulky, which means he would be better suited for Superman than the thinner more gile Hawkeye or Green Lantern.
Well, he could still play Guy Gardner.

Hehe, yeah he could. In fact I feel he fit better as Guy than he would ever have Hal.

I seriously have no idea, who the hell is Nathan Fillion. I've only heard about him in the Critical Miss comic strip, and now. But I suppose he's pretty cool, seeing all those comments and vids.

Why has no one mentioned Slither? That was an AWESOME, horrible, and corny movie! Just up my alley, and another example of why he rocks.

Nathan Drake.

I'm done.
He's not Nathan Drake. Not yet at least and I'm hoping never.
Yeah, Nathan Drake was Nolan North. But Nathan Fillion has expressed interest in the role in the upcoming movie.

While this was certainly post Buffy, my first exposure to Nathan Fillion is apparently a unique one: Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place.

He's very popular because most people aware of how acting works and what it takes to be a really good actor realize that he has those talents.

I'm not necessarily saying I'm smarter than anyone who doesn't like him, but now it's out there and unfortunately I'm left too tired to recant it.

This is like the third time someone says this and it still doesn't make any sense.
It makes people feel cooler and more important. Like denying the holocaust or saying that Jersey Shore is a deep commentary on the lives of lesser people.

It's mostly to get eyes looking at you.

What? I didn't say that was a bad thing so that means I'm not a hypocrite then right?

PS: Fillion would make an excellent Wonder Woman (See two can play this game)
He would be an utterly fantastic Wonder Woman that would be topped by none.

You see, he has done a lot of good roles, but that doesn't mean he is perfect for EVERY role out there.
If the man is an excellent Wonder Woman he can be an excellent anything.

PS. Indeed! The game is afoot!

The guy is a rare breed of a very versatile actor who won't be nailed down to any stereotype. We know him as Malcolm Reynolds and yet I am not sure we entirely know everything about Mal. Mal is cavalier and a crusader, yet since the war some may say a piece of him died. I don't feel that. There is so much depth that Nathan has put into Mal that you can sense that Sergeant Reynolds wants to come out and tell the Alliance to go take a long walk out a short airlock. And yet Captain Reynolds feels his comfort zone being aboard Serenity with his crew. There is a lot yet to be told to that story.
In Serenity we saw the good ol' Sergeant come out and do a good deed for the people of the system but oh so quickly the Captain took over when the deed was done.
(I missed Buffy so can't comment on his character there)
In Castle, which I have just begun to watch, (working on first season right now) I sense a care-free character who feels rather bulletproof and yet enjoys doing something more than just writing books. Anybody who sends me spoilers on later seasons will receive my ire, but I have a feeling Castle is gonna be due for his wakeup call and I just hope nobody else gets hurt in the process.
In movies and shows we grow attached to those characters we see resemblance in ourselves or who we might aspire to be. Or perhaps fear we may become. Nathan so far has shown a diversity of characters, so it is only the easier that more people can find a certain attachment to the man through any of the characters he plays. And since he is only just hitting his prime, there is still so much potential to the man. I can't wait to see what comes next.

The guy is a charming, charismatic, funny, handsome, rich, famous, friendly...the list just goes on. I get excited any time I see a Fillion project coming out of the woodwork. I wouldn't praise him for his dynamic range in character, but when a guys as cool as he is, why change it?

Did anyone watch 2 Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place? My 2 favourite male actors in the one show! Ryan Reynolds and Nathan Fillion. It was just one big ball of awesome!
