I used to like anime, just grew tired of it.
Well I mainly read manga, and man were there some good manga out there. But then Tokyo Pop started saturating the marked with so much crap, and I found it hard to find mangas I liked.
And well honestly the type of mangas I used to like I sort of grew out of.
All of that teenage angst was cool when I was a teenager, and had angst. But now I am 27 and honestly is rather angst free.
And the anime department followed down the drain with the manga.
I still can watch some if I find something I like, but I don't gobble up everything anymore.
Best part about anime vs western live action TV:
Anime has a beginning and an end, and is often meant to last 1-2 seasons. Where as western TV lasts for as long as the cow can be milked.
PS: Naruto and crap like that does not apply to good anime.
