Transformers: Devastation made good use of vehicle mode to speed up their giant robots, although at a smaller-than-kaiju scale.
Definitely counts. A majority of the Transformers characters are larger and taller than humans anyway, so they count. Especially when going against Devastator and Menasaur. Awesome game! Check out this system guide, if you ever get the chance. All of it is in one playlist.

Many of the Demon Kaiju summons in battle or set pieces in Bayonetta 3 are bad ass. Some of the best Witch controlling giant demon to pummel a different giant monster in the face is the best you will ever find.

I'd love a 3D sandbox style game much like Rampage but a bit more casual than Rampage is about it. In Rampage your goal is to destroy whatever city you're in, usually as quickly as possible before you get hit by a carpet bombing and lose all your health. I'd like a game where you run around as a giant monster destroying cities for fun and eat people and such with 3D movement.
