Now this is the type of thing Nintendo should unleash the lawyers on.

I'm not sure how this product would infringe in any way upon Nintendo. After all, people are allowed to make a whole host of accessories already. Turning something phallic into something more obviously phallic that also vibrates just seems like a reasonable thing to do. The market might not be large but I'd bet money that it exists.
