That's impressive. I only try to get all achievements in a game if I really LOVE the game, so my gamerscore isn't super high. I'm impressed with people who can put time into things and get top achievements and trophies.

It sounds arrogant for me to say if they have a gold medal and I don't know them then they cheated for it, but in this instance it's true. In chromehounds all the top squads knew each other and all their members, the community at the top was small that we all knew and played with each other a lot, we knew if someone dropped out of the squads and if new people joined etc.GamesB2 said:

2-the boosting in chromehounds was done a lot. The only way to get past a legit squad was to throw thousands upon thousands of matches against yourself and the top booster squads did this by manipulating the connections so only their second xbox could connect to their lobby.
The squads which boosted their way to gold medals manipulated the network codes just as someone would if they lagged you out of a game to gain an advantage (that also happened a lot in chromehounds)

Am I being petty, well yes but only petty to the point that I can show that the guy hasnt achieved his score legit. Even if the only part of his gamerscore which isnt legit is the 20GP gold medal achievement, it still means he isnt legit.
He also didnt even complete the single player achievements, so he just jumped online, talked his way into a boosting/cheating squad and broke the xbox live TOS and CoC
