James Cameron's Avatar.

Fuck that movie, $300,000,000 spent to tell me how much of a bastard I am for abusing mother earth, 300 billion dollars can plant alot of trees ya hypocrite fuck.
Actually I think Avatar was meant to tell multinational corporations what bastards they are for abusing mother earth. Or are you the CEO of one of the corporations?
That depends, are you affiliated with James Cameron?

Well, I'm tempted to say "The Room" (you're TEARING ME APART, LISA!!!), but since I've never seen the whole thing, I'll have to go with "Dragonball: Evolution" instead.

That movie was just insulting to the manga itself, AND all those who are fans of the manga, myself included.

napoleon dynamite, no clue how the fuck it has a 6.9/10 on IMBD. It was a shit movie, I'd rather watch "the batman movie that should not be named"
You mean the Dark Night? Yeah, a pretty overrated film, but not completely awful.

An obscure film called 29 Palms gets my vote. Only watched it for having rachael Leigh Cook in it but not even she could make it worth watching. Typical cheapo road movie where the humour fell very flat and the characters and plot were one-dimensional.

Am I the only one that thinks Napoleon Dynamite was absolute rubbish. And Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, I left the theater that one was so bad.

Yeah, that movie was weird.
It won an Emmy, though.

ROFL, I know EXACTLY how you feel man. that 'thing' is an abomination. I refuse to call it a movie, because its nothing more than a monster.

I read the Road, and I loved it. That being said, I agree with some critics in that the book is simply not amenable to film. It is a very nuanced, thoughtful piece that I imagine would translate into an excruciatingly dull cinematic experience.
I haven't read the book but I can imagine it would be the better format for that story. Dull is a good description of the movie :D

Attack of the giant mutant crab monsters.
Not even kidding, arguably it was in black and white but still. Even for the time, unfalteringly terrible.

The Village.
He probably thought his "twists" was sooo clever. When they happened I was confused because they kind of built up to them but then when the actual twists happened I didn't even realize it because I kind of assumed there weren't any real monsters and I thought they were Amish living in our modern world from the very beginning.

C´mon! The absolute worst Piece os $H!T that ever saw the light of day has to be...

THE SPIRIT

It has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. It screwed up a great character. It had terrible plot, bad acting and dialogue and is the supreme evidence that Frank Miller sucks as a director. And no, Sin City doesnt count. That was all Robert Rodriguez, baby.

Most movies that are really bad are so bad that they retain some level of enjoyment. I like to call this the Ed Wood effect.

The movies that I truly hate are the ones that are just boring and pointless, but people seem to love them for some reason. These films include, but are not limited to, Shawshank Redemption, The Godfather Trilogy, Scarface and many others.

These are movies that are just not that great, but for some reason people love them. People look at me funny when I talk about not liking them, like I just told them I enjoy kicking puppies. Through having to defend my position so many times, I have come to truly hate movies like this.

...and anything Michael Bay has ever done.
Are you out of your mind.

Anyway the worst movie I've ever seen is by far "Manos the Hands of Fate" It is by far the most boring movie ever. The only redeeming thing about it is it gave rise to probably the best episode of MST3K, so at least there's that. "The Room" is a horrible movie but it's so bad that you will be entertained the entire time your watching. There is no such escape with "Manos"

You see in my opinion there are three types of Bad movies

so bad it's good

boring

unwatchable

One that pops in my head that is out right unwatchable is a film I saw called Evil Town. It was low budget horror with film so grainy it gave me a headache just looking at it.

The Blind Side. Its bad enough I had to sit through a movie about football but it had Sandra Bullock in it. I hate her so much it would make Hitler look like a little *****.
Will you aid me in acts of terrorism agaist the movie academy as punishment for giving her an Oscar?

Napolean Dynamite is great I mean a bus full of school children get traumatized by seeing a farmer shoot a cow in the head as they were going by
that make a good movie?

Alice in Wonderland 2010.. never again.
Awww, I liked that one... And come on, it had a sequence where Alice crossed a moat on severed heads. That's a redeeming feature!

"ZOMBIE! VS Mardi Gras", however, had no redeeming qualities.
