Worst voice acting in a game

Maybe not the worst but Otacon in MGS4 when that chick died. His fake crying and moaning seriously killed the scene. Made me wish he fucking died instead.

Yeah, I always got a chuckle out of how he said it.

But I'd have to say House of the Dead 2, it just makes my ear's bleed whenever I hear it.

Gah, beat me to it. God, that was annoying... not enough that I felt ripped off even for renting that piece of crap, but two of the four (!) characters who speak in the game are just god-awful... and the other two would probably sound retarded, too, if you took away the voice distortion effect.
