Yes, yes I would. I already wear glasses, so it wouldn't be much of a bother for me. You get used to them sitting just in front of your eyes. Though I must say, when a small solid speck gets on one of my lenses, it's a damn pain. I can't imagine that a solid HUD would be comfortable. A transparent HUD, on the other hand, would work fine. My glasses get overly dirty sometimes, and the film of dust and particles over them doesn't bother me in the least because my eyes tend to ignore it unless I'm actively looking at it.

Since the day I had to start wearing glasses this was my dream to where they should go!

Same here. Over a decade of waiting and finally shit's happening!

Sure it'll still be ages before it works as advertised but still, I'd be fully on board with it.

All I want is terminator vision not some Iphone-esque and stupefied social tool.

I envision the same battery life failure that smartphones have for this. Anything less than 72 hours of idle battery life=useless to me.
There's also the issue of me living in the middle of nowhere. Anything within a hundred feet or so of my house, I get a good wireless signal. Beyond that, cell service is a few miles up the road.
Aside from those issues, looks like an interesting concept.

If they can actually make it react that quickly and have decent battery life, yes. I'm thinking the reality will be a bit more clunky than what's in this video, though. I might wait for the second version.

Agreed. This looks decent at best. I'd prefer to have a hud with complete customization. Even then, I would have to have a lot of time to try it out and fiddle with it before I really wanted to use it.
Something like what they have in GitS would be ideal. I can't wait to get my body and brain cyberized one of these days

Well then, call me an anti-hipster. I'll get the latest stuff, on release, with some caveats. I don't actually come into contact with hipsters.. Ever. So yeab, totally getting this. My one concern is the cost of bandwidth.
