Everything I know about Ninja-ing, I learned from Shinobi. I'd do whatever the hell it was he did to get into buildings and bases. Seemed to work pretty well for him.

Land and sea seem blocked. Gliding in, however, is not. Nothing is mentioned about the air, and since everything is trained to look down, simply dress in black and you're in. It is not an island, so there should be a relatively close starting point. Once inside, getting the package would be easy. If it's an item and not a big one, simply leave the same way. If it's a person, some preemtive strikes would be in order. Obiviously, all these lights and the fence have a power source on the island. Destory that, then cause a distraction on the opposite end of the base that you're going to escape from. Escort the person out of the compound, eliminating anyone that gets in your way. Since it is a person, you would need to have a boat standing by as well. Be prepared.
First, release a fast acting poison into one side of the fenced area, killing the deadly, deadly, fish. Then, hook up a large wire to very powerful mobile generator that is well insulated and throw the other hooked metal end to fence, overloading the system. Use my oxygen mask to swim free of the poisonous effects and use wire cutters to snip a hole in the now inactive fence. Then I go destroy the world.
Use a Pirate fleet's natural hated of ninjas to lure them to the target zone, hide inside, and let the pirate ship open fire on the place. While the gaurds handle the pirates, I sneak in and steal/kill the target.
In order to prevent full-on pirate/ninja war, I split the reward with the surviving pirates and join them, convincing the ninja leader pirates are not the enemy, starting the Pirate/Ninja Allience! Then we can kill all the zombies and robots!

Wait until nightfall, then fly in with a webbed suit (y'know, fabric going from the cuffs to your ankles, acting as a parachute) after cutting the power, do whatever is to be done, then exit on that thin stretch of land, after stealing any nightvision goggles they may have and sabotaging them and killing any snipers covering the area.

shuriken all the lights, guards, snipers, fish, bugs, and anything else that a throwing star could possibly penetrate or kill. then with everything all shuriken'd I'd do whatever I needed to do, and leave.

Well I enter the building with a ninja sword and nothing to lose. As I enter all the guards point their guns in my direction. I unsheathe my sword and take a defensive stance. after a momentary pause They begin to fire, I using my wicked ninja skills deflect their bullets back at them...Then a mechanical thud. The surviving guards have obtained mech's out of supply closet, I charge towards them dodging missiles and bullet fire, upon reaching them I slice one of them in half, spin around and see a missile flying towards me, I deflect it into another mech, I then hop onto another mech and kill the operator then use the mech's missile launcher to finish off the rest of the mech's.
After I reach the top floor, I realise that I forgot about the snipers. I look around and see nothing, then I see flash out of the corner of my eye. I quickly hop back and dodge the bullet, then more flashes appear. I quickly spin around tossing throwing blades.
I go to the roof only to find my target at the other end of the roof. As I approach him laser sights set on me and I become still, a group of stealth-camo elites appear and my target approaches me and places a gun to my head and beings ranting and laughing.
Just before he shoots I disarm him, hop over his head and get him in a choke hold and proceed to walk back towards the edge of the roof. As I reach the edge all the laser sights are on my head, I then jump. With my target in my arms. As we plummet to our deaths I spin the target to look at the sky and unsheathe my sword and stab it into the side of the building. My target realises that I am going to survive and accepts their fate, I look into their eyes and smile slightly.
Then as I walk away the building begins to explode...Oh did I forget to say I planted explosives in the building.
Anyway yeah I'd either do that or just be ninja and do the job.

Yeah, I realised after I went through and wrote all that, that it was a joke. Epic fail on my part.Vrud said:
i would attack at night i would fire tranquilizers at the watchmen on the spotlights and snipers on the roof so theres noone to see me enter on my way in id remove the darts from the guards at ground level so they're unconciouse bodies are less suspicious then i would slowly rappple my way up the building and remove the darts from the snipers before entering through the roof access the it would be a simple case of slowly moving through the building turning off lights taking out guards till i reach my mark and escaping via the roof the way batman did in the dark night when he hooked himself to the plane it that fauiled i would resort to plan B which is retrace my steps back out firing more tranq's at the remaining guards (yep i planned theis out)
