Ha! I am using Explorer to view this! Why? I'm a non-conformist! Take that you conformist Chrome-using, Firefox-running conformist pigs! :D

Opera, because its fast, heavy customisable. Best Bookmark/favorites handling with search and such.
Has more options on how to view downloads. Has many colorschemes etc. Has a sexy sidebar and doesn't require a addon for this. Its made in my country! Pretty stable compared to others (had so many Ie and FF crashes)
Actually, I find Opera least reliable in terms of crashes in my experience. Chrome and Firefox are still better than IE though, and Opera's just damn fast.

The last update I downloaded for IE drove me insane. It crashed constantly, kept resetting my favourites, and generally fucked me about.

So I tried Chrome, and wouldn't dream of going back to that flaky piece of shit.
This is what happened to me and I got tired of it quick.

I had switched to Firefox about 6 years ago, and been using chrome for a while now. I thought IE6 was utter crap, 7 was even worse, 8 was a step in the right direction but still way too slow and cumbersome. 9, however, is pretty much a chrome clone, so they might actually win some people back with it.

I'm viewing this site on Chrome, and probably sticking to it

This is a stat that needs to get out and noticed by businesses that are trying to trade on line.

I wanted to book an MOT/Service for my car with national company "Kwik-Fit", I had a special money off voucher that deducted £30 from the total if I booked on line.

Except I couldn't because - having rung customer services to enquire - I was told that their site did not work with Safari, Firefox or Chrome. For the sake of £30 I did borrow a housemate's machine with IE on it but was furious at the stupidity to not have a site working on all browsers - this isn't the 1990s, wake the fuck up.

Now if if there was no discount I would have simply moved on and booked somewhere else. Using online services is supposed to be easy and convenient and in the long run cheaper for the company by dispensing with staff.

I use Safari on my Mac lappie and Firefox on my PC (although I hadn't turned that on in weeks so I knew that I would need to do a Windows Update before I browsed on it).

I have a good friend who works in web site design and IE is a *****, and she is adamant that a site should work in all browsers (it might not look 100% identical, but it should bloody work!)

Why anyone would use IE is beyond me. I needs me my constant fix of add-ons and user scripts or I'll go through withdrawal. Plus, it doesn't help IE's cause with their gaping security holes.

No, it's not the best for that either. [http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/9817/notthebestforanything.jpg] (This really happened to me just now trying to get Firefox on my XP Mode virtual machine.)
