the way I see it there are three possibilities:
1) I killed a copy, in which case no big the original (Cortana) is still alive somewhere
or
2) I've just killed Cortana and assuming I don't immediately kill myself for having done such a thing Im gonna have either a very Pissed off Master Chief, Doctor Halsey or the entire UNSC coming after my ass for one reason or another
3) Im going going to jail for murdering a very hot cosplayer

I just killed a SPARTAN-II... After the realization of that hit me, I would first try to contemplate if today's scientists could replicate all the genetic enhancements and make them work as well with less malleable DNA. Following that train of thought, I would then try to figure out how in the hell I move a man weighing a metric F*** ton.
