2)I wish for our house's plumbing to magically be in perfect repair. As opposed to the slowly collapsing pipes we've got now.
3)I wish for our house's electrical wiring to to updated, so this summer when we put in the air conditioners it won't pop the circuit breakers. (I would also argue that the cable counts as electrical wiring, so the internet won't go crazy on very hot or cold days. Yeah... our house is kinda old...)
