I was playing Castlevania, SOTN, and I went to use the restroom. I noticed a spider on the ceiling, and began thinking "Alright, he's out of my reach, but I can still hit him with the soul stea... wait, this is real life! What am I thinking!?"
Oh, that, and since I play a lot of Doom, and since many of the sound effects used in Doom have become stock sounds, I'll be watching a movie, and I'll hear something, and I'll think "Oh crap, Spider Masterminds." or "I just heard a door open."
