That was getting every side mission possible on my playthrough, acting something akin to the Jesus of the Mojave, and collecting every cool piece of gear in the game. That entails every unique weapon in the game (well not the NCR stuff from Lonesome Road, because I just couldn't), every piece of unique armor, and every weapon upgraded to with mods. Thank god for the gold bar glitch from Dead Money (along with Caravan exploits and maxed luck in casinos) or I would have never been able to afford everything.
