I have 3 choices.

Harvest Moon

All the fun of farming with none of the mess, spend all day watering my crops, eating strange mushrooms you find in the forest and wooing women by giving them fish and rocks. Fall in love with the stand offish redhead but marry the brunnette. The only problem being that each season only lasts 10 days each, can't imagine having a long life there.

Animal Crossing

What is there to do in Animal Crossing? Nothing. No work, no stress, yeah you have to pay Tom Nook back for your house but he hardly pressures you for the cash and after a few upgrades you are pretty much living in a mansion anyway. A life of luxury if you like and all your neighbours are cute animals. I love animals.

Mass Effect

I'd be one of those NPC's that stand completely still whenever Shepard walks past, not moving not talking just staring at the person opposite me and then whenever he/she moves on making fun of him/her behind their back because of the colour of the armour he/she is wearing. And if I'm feeling mischevous I may sport a blue box and then send him/her on a completely pointless sidequest.
I'm guessing you haven't read "the terrible secret of animal crossing" MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Also I would've said Harvest Moon but you can't be gay there...

The Fallout series would be pretty cool, although I suppose it would be quite scary to walk out of your house and find a giant Radscorpion waiting to bisect you...

And to all of those people who said Portal, just remember that you wouldn't have Long Fall Boots. So all of those flinging parts would be a lot less fun...

Dead or Alive: Extreme Beach Volleyball ... for the Beach Volleyball of course...

I wake up on a beach...no volleyball here, it's completely empty. At first I think I'm in limbo like in Inception, but then I realize I'm on forge world in forge mode. Same difference.

Ragnarok Online, somehow I always felt that it was a cool, peaceful, yet exciting world. And I always thought that if I die and get to choose where I can spend my afterlife in, it would be Ragnarok Online. :)
You sir are officially awesome :)

Enslaved would be a good one.

Why, thank you sir! And may I congratulate you on your choice as well? A fine one, indeed. :)

I would pick Minecraft, but with the going insane thing the guy above me was talking about. I would like some other people with me.
