Oh there's a few...

Not a single player game, but EverQuest II. Forget hours, the final figure for this is measured in months. In my defence, this is spread over 5 years of playing and hardcore raiding.

Most of the Final Fantasies, on their second playthrough. First play to see the game and the story, second play to get all the bits I missed the first time.

Dragon Age: Origins, when you take into account I've got a character from each origin... Yeah, that adds up.

And Populous II, back on the Amiga. Played that for days on end.

Final Fantasy VIII - about 4 or 5 saves of 60-80 hours
Oblivion - again, 3-4 saves with 50 or so hours a piece
Civilization 1, 3 and 4 - just. one. more. turn.....
Rome:totalwar - including the europa barbarborum mod
Football manager, and championship manager from about 1998 to present... I may have a slight addiction...
X-com enemy unknown - natch...
Diablo 2 - most of the time spent grinding and farming
Do the free games with windows count? must've done close to 100 hours playing minesweeper and solitaire

Games from recent years:
Oblivion - I don't even know how many hours.
Fallout 3 - The most out of this list, played the game to absolute death, even if I knew the exact amount of hours I'd be too embarrassed to say.
Fallout: New Vegas - Probably somewhere around 200+ hours.
Skyrim - 200+ hours now.
Terraria - 139 hours, says Steam. 100+ hours of that by myself, only played a bit of multi.
Minecraft - Easily 100+, just by myself.

Older games that I know I sunk way too much time into, easily 100 hours:
Commander and Conquer: Tiberian Sun & its expansion Firestorm - Brilliant bloody game.
Impossible Creatures - an underrated masterpiece by Relic, the guys who do the Dawn of War games. Speaking of which...
Dawn of War, Winter Assault and Dark Crusade - easily my most favourite RTS games of all time so far.

I think I played Oblivion for about 150 hours. I played it to death, and then even more. And more.
Well, then there's Minecraft. It chewed up whole days. Probably about 200-300 hours.

There are probably many many games I have played over 100 hours of, but I'm only going to mention things that I remember having time clocks.

Every "traditional" Pokemon game from the original Red and Blue versions on, has got at least 100 hours over on each.

I think the one that got the most is Diamond; I believe it is sitting at around over 500 hours. Pearl got at least over 200. As of late, my White I believe is nearing 300 or maybe it is over that, I haven't picked it up in a couple months.

Lately, I believe I broke the 100 hour mark on Skyrim a couple days ago on my first play through, the end of that game for me is nowhere in sight, since I'm planning to do as much side-questing as I can do, before I move on to complete the main story. I've only completed maybe 7 small legs of the main story, considering that only a couple days ago, I saw for the first time:

the part where the dragon Alduin resurrects the other dragon(was a waste of time for him really, since I killed the resurrected dragon in 5 seconds flat). Oh and during that Alduin flew away like a sissy, with an arrow in his knee. No, really, that is where I hit him just before he finished with the resurrecting words.

Pokemon Red and Crystal
Digimon World
Final Fantasy VIII(one save 120h + many other saves where I just finish the game)
Final Fantasy IX(one save with +100h and MANY saves where I just finish the game. I play it trough once every year, sometimes twice)
Kingdom Hearts 1(not sure if I have a save file with over 100h but I have so many playtroughs I can say I'm nearly played it for 200h)
Kingdom Hearts 2(same deal as above)
Oblivion(hit 100h mark and then I stopped playing for some reason)
Almost 100h in Skyrim
And I have to say Guild Wars because 90% of the time I played solo, so maybe 2000h

Come on! Say! I've got 197 hours logged.
Yeah please tell us, it's good to know I'm not as alone in my hermit-like lifestyle as I originally thought. :) I got mine slightly off in my last post, it's actually 141 hours currently.

Most of my massive playtime games came about before games tracked that sort of thing.

Does instant action/ solo deathmatches with bots count? I don't see why it wouldn't...

Empire: Total war - 200 Hours
Total war: Shogun 2 - 212 Hours

Runners up:

Rome: Total war - approx 90 Hours
Mount and Blade - 88 Hours
Mount and Blade: Warband - 92 hours
Skyim - 60

Bit of an armchair general, I am.
you, sir, are a legend. Total War and Mount & Blade are my two favorite series.

i just hit the 600 hour mark on Shogun 2.....

it was basically all i played in 2011.

im a bit of a total war princess, i started with Napoleon, so any of the older ones that don't have unit replenishment bum me out.

but i also play the Mount & Musket mod, are you familiar with this?
Thanks :)

In the older TW games (seriously, you HAVE to try them) hit Ctrl+ A, then the replenishment button.

As for Mount and Musket, I tried it once, but I've since moved on to Fire and Sword. (It's gotten much better since the original release)

Baldurs gate (over 200 on each of them easily)
Mount and blade warband.
Diablo II.
Warcraft 3.

If we were allowed multiplayer, it would be League of Legends for me, I reckon I've clocked over 800 hours on that game.

111 hours Dragon Quest XIII
Hello to you, man of the future!

On topic, I've already sunk 170 hours into Skyrim, and probably close to that in Morrowind.
I think I've played over 100 hours each on Dragon Quest 7-9 as well.

FF IX
The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind
Dragon Age: Origins
The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion

I don't know if my Baldurs Gate 2 and Planscape Torment total is more then 100 hours so I left them out.
