Let's see...though I haven't finished them, Persona 3 and 4 will easily take me over the 100 hour mark.

Any Bethesda game from Oblivion onward.

If I add together the number of times I've played ME, that's probably over 100. ME2 as well...well, that might be more like high nineties.

All three volumes of .Hack://G.U put together as a single story. easily topped 100 hours. Each being about 40 hours with all my grinding and general fun-having besides the story.

I shouldn't be admitting to some of these, but...

Several entrants in Koei's Warriors series (Dynasty from 3 to 7, Samurai 1 through 3, Gundam 2 and 3) totaling, over seven hundred hours.
MechWarrior series (including 1, 2, GBL, 2:Mercs, 3, Pirate's Moon, 4, Black Knight, and 4:Mercs) totaling over 1500 hours.
My first Fallout New Vegas playthrough totaled over 145 hours without me having either punched Caesar in the face or taken Hoover Dam yet.
That's about all I have at the moment, but I'm certain there's more.

I don't really keep track of that sort of thing so the only ones I know for sure that I spent a hundred plus hours on are:
- Dragon Quest VI, VIII, & IX
VIII, for sure 'cause King Trode kept chastising me for taking like 126 hours to finish the main story.
- Star Ocean: Till End of Time
- Pokemon Yellow,Silver,Crystal,Ruby,Sapphire,Emerald,Fire Red,Leaf Green, and Diamond.
- Pokemon Colosseum, it couldn't have been less than 100 hours 'cause purifying those damn Shadow Pokemon was frikin' time consuming. ...and I accidentally deleted that save too.
- Chrono Trigger - ok I don't know for sure, but btwn all the versions of the game I've played I'd be surprised if it was anything less than 600 hours.

anything else, I don't know. I don't really pay attention.

Only Oblivion, San Andreas, and Just Cause 2, although I've probably spent way more than 100 on some N64 games.

Starcraft
Warcraft 3:TFT
Diablo 2
Super Smash Brothers Brawl

Mostly all multiplayer. I haven't been able to play a single player game for more than 100 hours. Maybe the closest is Oblivion.

124 hours Final Fantasy X-2
I can beat that!

900+ hours: Final Fantasy X-2 -- I lost count of how many playthroughs I've done over at least three memory cards, but it's in the high twenties at least
500+ hours: Mass Effect -- Sixty-plus playthroughs
300+ hours: Mass Effect 2 -- About thirty playthroughs
200+ hours: The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind -- One save file if you can believe it, but then again, it's an Elder Scrolls game, so is it really that hard to believe?

Go ahead and tell me I'm a bad person all you want. Final Fantasy X-2 is my favorite game of all time.

Well I don't know the exact count but I'm guessing anywhere between 400-800 hours on Minecraft. I used to play all night without realizing until my server went down.

Rogue Galaxy, spent some 120 hours on it.

And most of that time was just spent doing side quests and leveling up weapons. Good times.

Over 300 (or was it 400?) hours on Pokemon Fire Red, probably over 100 on Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, and I'm getting close to 100 in Persona 3 FES (I'd have reached it by now had my disc not died, leaving me without a copy until a few months ago at Christmas.)

I'd also say Pokemon Crystal, since I played it for over two years and ran the internal battery dry... killing my save file. :I

Assuming that multiple playthroughs add up.

Almost everything by Bioware except Dragon Age 2
Every Total War game except Shogun (never played it), Shogun 2 (kinda boring) and Napoleon (crap)
World of Warcraft (any doubt there? :p )
UFO:Enemy Unknown (best game ever)
Master of Magic
Every Age of Wonders game
Civilization 1,2 (the later ones I played only once or twice each)
Alpha Centauri (best civ game ever)
Warcraft 3 + Frozen Throne
Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall
Fallout 1-3
Heroes of Might & Magic 3

600+ In Monster Hunter Freedom 2/Unite.
200+ in the original Monster Hunter.
200+ on MH Tri.

Soooo..... Yeah, ive killed alot of sh*t :D

And then of course the arbitrary Morrowind/Oblivion/Fallout/Skyrim hours. Theres another... 1500-2000?

Oh, and Minecraft. I run that singleplayer 90% of the time.

Single Player games are just so much fun.

My last install of FM2009 was 262 hours and my current install of FM2011 is currently at 145 hours + 200 hours or so since I last went online with that machine. I can't remember what the previous installs of these versions, or previous editions of FM or Champ Man were. Probably more. It's a game that measures your playing time in weeks after all.

I also peaked 100 hours in a single playthrough in Dragon Age: Origins (several times), Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Medieval 2. Many more including Baldur's Gate, Half-Life, Deus Ex, DOOM, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Unreal Tournament, various Dark FOrces and Jedi Knight games reached over 100 hours as I have replayed them over and over.
