I'm not sure on the exact number of hours, but I'm certain that the following games are ones that I've spent well over 100 hours of gameplay:

Pokemon (every version that I own)
Final Fantasy X
Final Fantasy X-2
Final Fantasy A2
Kingdom Hearts
Kingdom Hearts 2
Kingdom Hearts: BBS
Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness
Disgaea 2

The only one I can think of is Kingdom Hearts II.
Most of the other ones I probably put the hours in but it didn't keep track.

Only one, Rogue Galaxy. All my files combined totals to around 150 hours. I'm not one to play a game THAT much, even if I like it. Rogue Galaxy is the only exception. Maybe even Skyrim, but I don't remember my playtime on that. I'll probably edit it in once I get around to playing it again.

I don't know the exact amounts for all of these, but I know I've played these games a lot. This is basically every game I have ever played extensively.

Fallout 3
Dragon Age: Origins
Civilization 5
Oblivion
Skyrim
Pokemon (I just pretty much group em all together, and trust me, it'd be some unrealistic number if I actually knew it)
Madden (I group these together too, they are all the same to me)
Digimon World 2
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time (I've beaten this game about 12 times now, and it is approximately a ten hour game, so I've probably played it for a 100 hours)
Assassin's Creed 2
Sid Meier's Pirates! (The 2004 version)
World of Warcraft
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance (and the sequel)
Champions of Norath (and the sequel, Champions of Norath: Return to Arms)
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
Resistance: Fall of Man
Sonic Adventure

I cant remember the exact times I played for each, but i'm pretty sure these few are about 100+ hours:
-Mass Effect 1 and 2
-Fallout 3
-Pokemon Yellow, Crystal, Ruby, and FireRed (defiantly Pokemon Crystal, I was bound and determined to "finish" the game)
-Legend of Zelda (Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, A Link to the Past, The Minish Cap, and Twilight Princess)
-Saints Row 1, 2, and 3
-Fable 1, 2, and 3
-Dawn of War Dark Crusade
-Splinter Cell (Chaos Theory and Double Agent)
-Tetris (does this one count?)

All mine would predate the invention of games that can tell you how long you've spent playing them. Although I've spent 88 hours on Deus Ex Human Revolution. Pretty sure I've spent 100+ hours on:

Deus Ex
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl
Transport Tycoon
Europa Universalis 2

Minecraft, Terraria, Oblivion, Fallout 3, FFXII, and possibly the various Dawn of War games combined. No idea how many hours, though.

Well since it's not really that amazing for kids to go past the 100 hour mark, since they don't have jobs or school past 3pm I will leave out most of my early marks. Of the current couple generations I can name a few.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask etc.
Fallout 3, before the internet ruined my wanderlust of the wastes by telling me EVERYTHING there is out there.
Batman AA: Gotta love the end audio when you grab the last Riddler trophy
Parasite Eve: Goddamned Chrysler building needs less floors!
World of Warcraft (ba-DUM-tish)

Fallout New Vegas(too embarrassed to say)
The Witcher(104 hours)
And thats it for single player games. I expected Fallout 3 to entertain me for longer(only played it for 16 hours), but its like a skinny chick. It just doesn't have the goods to satisfy me.
Really? Though I played fallout 3 and New Vegas and I like both games, I keep going back to fallout 3. Must have at least 400+ hours in (plus DLC) Fallout 3 and maybe around 150+ in New Vegas. Fallout New Vegas just didn't keep me in the mindset of finding something new and exciting that I missed like fallout 3 did. In fallout 3 after a few months hiatus, I started a new character and about 50 hours in with him I found a suit of T-51b power armor which I thought didn't exist in fallout except in the Operation Anchorage DLC. One of my favorite moments as a gamer.

Baldur's Gate 2 + Throne of Bhaal: I played that game every day for hours for over two years long, including a couple of runs that included starting with my character in Baldur's Gate 1 + Tales of the Sword Coast.
