you eventually get annoyed and decide to put your mind to the test...

What do you say that...

A) Shuts the troll up
B) gets everyone else in the forum on your side
and C) gets a HUGE laugh

If I realize I'm being trolled, I nonchalantly team up with the troll and subtly turn the troll (The act, not the person) against the entire community.

That's what I do.

I have a variety of cannibal troll weapons. Sarcasm works beautifully. Depending on the troll's age I'll make sexual passes to them (works wonders if they are male and homophobic). Randomness works well against some trolls too. I rarely insult them because insults are ineffective with a large potential of backfire and threats are even worse (see: Jesse Slaughter's father).
