Your Attitudes Towards Rule 34 Stories

You've all encountered them before: erotic fanfiction based on movies and TV shows. While they're probably less traumatizing than actual images, it's amazing how there are people out there with the most outrageous tastes.

So what do you do when you come across one of them in a fanfiction site? Do you ignore them the moment it catches your eye, or just take a look at the reviews? Does your curiosity get the better of you and make you read several pages before leaving behind a scathing review about how bad it is? Or do you read them to see how ridiculous they are?

I'm offended by the presumption that I would use such fanfiction sites.

[sub]But my favorite are the ones involving laughably huge dicks. So funny.[/sub]

I have not really delved into rule 34 stories.

Of course I don't judge anyone who does. We all have our demons... Our sexy, sexy demons...

Well there was thread on this web sight about My little pony not long ago. Not going to go much deeper than that other then to say I wish I never clicked on it.

I don't get why furries have to add such weird fetishs like vore, urine, poo, diapers, inflation(I know EternalNothingness is into that shit),weight gain etc..

why can't yall just pick something that seems normal???
They are normal fetishes, simply unorthodox by societal standards. The human mind does not regard Judeo-Christian sexual norms as being the natural norm, after all. Humans are into some pretty strange shit by nature.

OT: I stop at video game character lesbian erotica, because lesbians. I've seen enough of Rule 34 to learn it's always better to not wonder than to even have the slightest bit of curiosity..

I merely fap furiously. They're not a thing to be critiqued, it's just there to get your rocks off.

I'm not exactly an ambassador, but I agree. It's a bit weird. It's rather entertaining sometimes, reading a terribad fic and picking the odd fetishes off some sort of checklist.

Depends on the type of Rule 34. Rule 34 just states 'there is porn of it, no exceptions,' which can cover a wide range of topics.

Tastefully written erotica with a decent plot between two characters who showed signs of sexual attraction but never actually consumnated it in the series proper (Ron and Hermione, Sokka and Suki, Harpo and Groucho) can be fun to read. Sexuality is a part of the human condition, and that many stories seem to go out of their way to deny it is actually more jarring than stories which feature it. In some cases it sems like the author wanted to show more (Ginny and Harry's kiss in Book 7 was going somewhere) but was held back by the constraints of their chosen genre, in which case Rule 34 fan fiction is a nice way to give established characters a maturity they were never allowed to achieve in the main story.

Then of course, we have toasters buggering rocks, which also counts as Rule 34, but which just annoys me so I don't read it.

Someone, who I am praying for their demise via a satanic ritual as we speak, persauded me to look up Persona 3 yaoi journals.

And I was planning to finish Akihiko's Social-Link, too.

It's probably some displaced desire to be mold breaking and different.

And yet somewhere, the literal application of that statement will be a thing. And someone will have jerked to it.

In any case, I've read bad fan fiction that had more crammed in sex scenes than HBO's Game of Thrones, albeit far less relevant and well written.

I've only ever read one that was specifically "erotic", to satisfy a curiosity about something supposedly disgusting that one sometimes feels.

Cloud Mows The Lawn. That is all.
