Bwahaha, even if I have a 30 second limit, I can make it so that time is reversed, making seconds into years and years into seconds, nullifying the limitations instantly!!

I put a long "cast time" on it instead of a cooldown because 40 seconds recast would be imbalanced for split second knowledge gathering, also it would make less sense mechanically for how the power functions.

so yeah i'd totally use that for selfish reasons, first i'd go around emptying every ATM i can find, while turning the camera off ofcourse.
using those funds i would make my bid for world domination, i will not disclose how i would do so because i don't want to risk any of you stealing my plans and doing it before me.
