My dream girl is my girlfriend, simple enough, shes smart, beautiful, cute, and is a gamer that loves the same games I like, what more can I ask for?

He'd be...maybe 6'1"-6'3", beefy and muscular, chisled rugged jaw, kind hearted, funny, an open mind, have most of my interests, quiet, dark hair with blue eyes, short hair (not too short), well dressed, moderately intelligent, thoughtful, strong, moderately hairy, and romantic. Yeah, that would be my dream guy...now, time to go dream :D

Pick one.
Let me dream lol.

Though if I had to pick...I'd choose thoughtful, well dressed, and intelligent.

A few years ago, I met a girl, tried to hit it off with her, then failed miserably. After much pondering, I realize she was the girl of my dreams. A gal who tolerated me and enjoyed me for who I was and wasn't afraid to be open with me. We didn't have many common interests, but we accepted that and still found much to talk about. We enjoyed each other's company, both on campus and off. I felt that spark with her that I hadn't felt before and I hadn't felt since. She's a smart girl with aspirations and incredible work ethic (better than mine). Maybe it's not love or whatever...I don't know. All I know is that I blew it and I've been kicking myself ever since.

Whatever. Long story short, this was my dream girl. Yeah, this was kind of bawwww, but this was the kind of gal I could be with. She was pretty as well.

Sarcastic (but in a joking way), witty, loves puns, is shorter than me (idk) and loves ranting just for the sake of ranting.

A girl who hates awkward silences as much as me and will keep on talking for hours on end when you want her to. And who willingly shuts up when you don't want her to talk (i.e: when you're stressed or busy with something else).

Also, has to laugh at all of my jokes. I don't care if they're bad. Pretend. Preferably though, it would be a real laugh.

Oh right, and she has to ask me out and be totally honest at any given point about anything concerning our relationship.

I couldn't care less about anything else, to be honest.

I don't believe in such things as "dream people" as no partner will ever be perfect and couples that never ever fight and are always lovey-dovey are suspect (not to mention mildly irritating).

Regardless, I think that most people look for rather similar things in any relationship: someone who accepts them for who they are, whose personality compliments theirs, who is willing to listen to them ***** and who will sometimes have sex with them. Beyond that, the differences seem somewhat negligible if you ask me. That is all I ever wanted, really and will probably be all I ever want. Maybe I am simple.

Well, I always fall for the guys who are waaay out of my league. Maybe a guy who played sports, is about 6'-6'4" (I like them tall :D) & has brown eyes/dark hair. xD Yea I'm flirting with a guy exactly like this on FB lol.

I can name off my girl requirements, because I am bi, but I prefer boys. :)

Edit: why does everyones dream girls sound like me? (except for the height- I'm 5'2")

Hmmmm.... Definately taller than me. Black hair. Kind but witty. Able to hold her own against me in a verbal debate. Probably more confident to my prudence. Not terribly worried about bust size but I tend to prefer bigger. Also capable of walking around in a maid outfit! Also someone who shares my opinions on fidelity.

That just explained my girlfriend (yes she is emo as well)

Blond hair, blue eyes, and nerdy?

That applies to a metric ton of people that I know... myself included.

Oh well, I guess it's a change of pace from the posts that are five paragraphs of incredibly specific traits...

I want a girl with a mind like a diamond. I want a girl who knows what's best. I want a girl with shoes that cut and uh, eyes that burn like cigarettes.

I have, actually, a girl whom I see in my dreams often.

She has waist-length blonde hair, a clear, pale complexion and blue eyes. She has a small frame, but wide hips and an above-average size chest. She walks quietly, with grace. She's shy, quiet, lonely and lives a sheltered life, so she doesn't get to know people easily, but she's understanding, supportive, empathetic and sympathetic. She's intelligent and innocent. We both appreciate the simpler things in the world, like the stars, rivers, forests, et cetera. She also loves to cuddle. She respects me and looks up to me, and helps make me feel confident. When comfortable around someone, she shows a bit of a crazy, energetic side. Best of all, despite not being very social, she loves video games and the associated culture (including merchandise) and understands my needs and wants as a gamer. But the most important part is that she needs me as much as I need her, which is quite a bit sometimes.

What sucks is that I will probably never meet this girl in real life. And, so, she will continue to be he girl of my dreams and nothing more.

I'm actually relatively easy to please dream girl wise. I guess basic preferences would be:

very dark brown hair or very um.. blonde blonde hair
a little bit but not too much shorter than me. Around 5'5" to 5'8"
not super skinny / healthy weight
at least somewhat positive attitude towards video games, beards, and heavy metal edit: oh and Christianity
complimentary personality to mine (aka I dunno)
I also for some reason really like it when lady friends I am interested in have some artistic ability, probably cuz I have very little

Uh... yea, I don't ask for that much really.

Someone who's intelligent, with a sense of humour. He'd have to have similar ideals to mine, be very accepting and open-minded, play videogames, read lots of books, and not laugh at me too often. He'd have to like hugs, and go to metal shows with me. And be at least 6 inches taller than me. If possible, he'd also always wear a suit, but no one wears suits nowadays, and I suppose it'd look funny in some circumstances. It'd be nice if he owned a suit, though. And wore it. Frequently.

Physically, I don't really have any specifications apart from the height thing, but I like guys who are either have blond or dark hair. Not a huge fan of that in-between sort of brown. And dimples. Dimples are awesome.

I have no dream girl. Setting standards leads too easily to disappointment, and it's much more fun to be surprised with what you find in someone.
