My favorite HAS to be Kikoskia. While he does a LOT of long LPs (Quite a few are over 100 videos long, but are mainly older DOS RPGs.) He does have some interesting ones on there.
On top of that, he'll randomly do some really short/stupid/hack games, just to make fun of them. Such as the Barbie games, the Barney game, "Mortal Kombat 5". My favorite LP of his is his X-Com one, which he has 3: Terror from the Deep Pacific Challenge (Single base, in the WORST possible location), X-Com Superhuman Antarctic Challenge (Same thing, but with the original and on the hardest difficulty. And Let's Play X-Com again, without any specific challenges. He also taught me how to play those games (not personally, but I learned by watching the LP.)
I also like Necroscope86, though not as much. His LPs seem to be really hit or miss. I liked his Toonstruck and I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream LPs, but that might have something to do with those both being games I've wanted to play, but haven't been able to play.
Deceasedcrab also has his moments. I like his "Do an LP while still high on the effects of dental surgery." Every time he gets a filling or something, he does a short LP while he's still feeling it... while having a mouth full of Gauze. It makes him sound a bit like Brak from Space Ghost. He also does some indie games which can be interesting. He doesn't update regularly though. He will do an LP, with and episode every other day, than drop off the Earth for a few months before doing another one.

There are a few. Mynameisnotlily, Grimith, Plumphelmetpunk and jefmajor (onefjef) excellent lpers(?) and depending on what you like, you will enjoy at least one of them.

DarkSydePhil, which surprises me sometimes. I'm an intellectual, borderline elitist gamer with an I.Q. of 129, yet I'm somehow satisfied almost exclusively watching the Let's Plays of a complete layman who can sometimes be almost spectacularly ignorant or stupid. I mean, I don't think he's a moron, but he can seem REALLY dumb sometimes.
Really, I think I just like the way his grounded perspective on games gives me an alternate viewpoint. Plus, all his playthroughs are blind, which I like. Lets me vicariously relive the thrill of plot twists and developments.

I don't really have a favorite. don't really watch Let's Plays.
Though the only name of an LP'er I remember without wanting to smack my head into a wall would be EpicNameBro. I also have watched his videos about the lore in Dark Souls.

Also I like to watch humorous Walkthroughs either it it the game itself, or either cause of the comments the player/s talk in the game.

I just LOVE to hear these guys talking about how awesome and EPIC in many levels is this games, because I understand why they like it. The Nostalgia this game have make these two guys go nuts and scream with enthusiasm.
Also I like to watch humorous Walkthroughs either it it the game itself, or either cause of the comments the player/s talk in the game.
Finally, small walkthoughs. This specific one is only 3 parts, and the last part is GLORIOUS!!!

Has to be the Christopher Walkenthroughs - not exactly a let's play, but funny as hell and entertaining. I don't really like watching proper playthroughs, to many spoilers, and I don't tend to watch videos of games I don't play or don't want to play - so I'm stuffed. Best to just watch game related videos that make me laugh... Athene, Yogscast, Yahtzee, Ashens, GamingMill, AVGN, JohnnyEthco, mofu Mike etc. I'd like to add Ebeeto to that, he is funny as hell, easily funny enough to do stand-up, but he seems to do very little these days.
Don't usually watch Let's Plays, but I stumbled upon this guy the other day. He's pretty good at walking you through and his commentary makes me laugh.

I'd have to say my favorite let's players are Epicnamebro for his Dark Souls series. He's very competent at this game and knows a good deal of lore about it. I also like to watch Northern Lion's lp's as he tends to stay calm and does a fairly good job at these. GetJesse is pretty funny, he's a new favorite of mine. I just like his expressions, especially when he plays Dark Souls. He never gets too upset really, and his perspective is unique since he knows almost nothing about the franchise. Finally I'm giving props to Tailz64 for having the patience to play through the 7th Saga and Dragon Warrior 2. I never was able to complete those back in the day so it was nice to see someone finish them.
