Well I like this one,It's a shotgun, uses to deliver quick buckshot at close range.

If this gun was in Call of Duty, then you'll likely to see people akimbo-ing this gun.

Personally my favorite is the Mosin-Nagant, whats yours!?
I know it was used in World War II... but the Mosin-Nagant was used in a LOT of wars before then. If anything, it's a rifle of the Boxer Rebellion, or the Russo-Japanese War, or World War I if you must.

To answer the posed question, though... The Arisaka Type 99 is my favorite World War II gun... but only because I actually own one with an intact imperial chrysanthemum seal.

I suppose I could claim the Lee-Enfield .303, but my brother wound up getting that one... and it saw World War I, too.

Any 'one-shot' calibre weapon.

- Mosin-Nagant
- M1 Garand
- The German version [ Forgot name ]

It's satisfying to reload after each shot again and again, love those weapons!
You realize that the M1 Garand is a semi-automatic rifle right? That means you don't have to recharge the bolt after you fire it, unlike the bolt action Mosin-Nagant and Karabineer 98k.

OT: Small Arms? I'd have to go with some of the British guns, either the SMLE or the Bren Gun. The SMLE because it looked amazing and the British .303 cartridge is an amazing round. The Bren because it's better than the BAR in almost every aspect except for rate of fire. Heck, even changing the barrel was easier, just twist and pull.
For clandestine operations, it would probably have to be the M-3 Grease Gun because it used the same magazines as the MP40, so you could fire it as an OSS agent in Nazi territory and not be noticed.
For the larger caliber stuff, I'd have to go with the guns on the Yamato Class Battleships. I mean, who doesn't love the largest artillery battery ever created? 18.1 Inches in diameter, it could have decimated the American fleet.
Finally for the planes: Probably the F-4U Corsair. The Gulf Wing configuration and the amount of ammunition and rockets it could carry saved countless lives in the Island Hopping campaign.

Heh, can you guys tell that I like WWII?

Edit: I also forgot about the Browning M1919 .30caliber machine gun. Ah, that beautiful tripod mounted box with a barrel that could go through a tree, a 2 foot cinder block, and still kill someone. Then again, the M2 is a lot better... Still like the 1919 more.

Ma Deuce, still used in service today, and its a blast to shoot!
Incredibly effective from the top of a vehicle, pain in the ass from that tripod contraption.

Probably the Finnish produced "Suomi KP/-31" which was the design that the Soviets copied for both the PPD-40 and the PPsH-41.

Or possibly the "Webley Self-Extracting Revolver Mk VI" which was also used during the First World War.

The Lahti L-39, in my opinion
Just looking at the gun you think god damn, I don't wanna get shot by that.
It was a gun designed for the sole purpose of shooting through heavy armor to take out tanks and light vehicles and even aircraft. When the German army wised up and reinforced the armor in response to the massive devastation these types of rifles could inflict on them the gun was repurposed to a fear tool as well as a method of harassing idle tanks by shooting phosphorus shells into open hatches or ports to smoke out the crew for sniping or other troops.

The main disadvantage was the size and weight of the gun, with the clip alone weighing more than a standard sub machine gun. When overrun, the gun was usually abandoned but it was incredibly easy to manufacture so it didn't hold back much of the war effort.

But for me it gets the prize because if you got hit with that, you would probably get shipped home in about 15 boxes and 80% of you would be unrecoverable. Hell, its nickname was the "Elephant Gun"

Thank you! Mosin Nagant kicks ass!!
