My first gun was a Walther P22. Right now it's the only gun I own.
I like it, it's a nice reliable gun. I use it for target shooting. Since it's .22 LR, the ammo is really cheap. Some one using 9mm bullets would easily spend 5 times as much I did for the same amount of bullets.

I would like to get a .22 LR revolver someday, I don't know when though.
is the walther powerful? seems compact, i never fired a Walther myself. Should check one out if i have an opportunity next time i go to the firing range.
Guns are neither powerful nor weak. That's determined by the cartridge and a little bit by the barrel length.

Walther P22s are okay for plinking but they're not the most dependable machines out there. I can't seem to find a hollowpoint that'll cycle properly through mine and have to use roundnosed bullets. From what I've seen on forums my problem is not uncommon.

Still the range of cheap accessories including extended barrels make it pretty fun. You can get double tac rails that will allow you to attach a scope AND a laser or flashlight onto it, which looks hilarious.

Guns are illegal here. I do have a few airguns though. My first was given to me from my cousin and was his first airgun. It' in great condition for it's age. It's a Smith and Wesson, W625 (i think thats the model number. Not at home so can't quote the box lol)

My first gun was my Mosin Nagant 91/30 when I was 12 (no i'm not some redneck, my family has a long military tradition and I now do competitive shooting) it's still my favorite out of all the guns I own. Being half-Russian and having a grandpa that died in the battle of Moscow, this gun has a lot of sentimental value to me and it's one hell of a rifle to shoot.
Woah, thats pretty sweet. Simo used that gun. If you dont know who Simo is:

greatest badass to ever live.
I learned about him from Cracked! [http://www.cracked.com/article_17019_5-real-life-soldiers-who-make-rambo-look-like-pussy.html]

WOW after reading that article, calling Rambo a pussy seems like an understatement.

best of luck, the PU sight is kinda funny... it moves the reticle inside the sight instead of the scope itself....

If you're looking for something for concealed carry, the FN Five seveN is a little big for the job. In my opinion, you'd be better off with an FNP 9 or a handgun of similiar dimensions.
Personally, I like a good Glock compact, like the G30 .45 cal.
