Well, mostly deep, unclear water. I either want to see the botom of where I swim, or feel it under my feet. If not, I kinda panic. This used to be increadibly bad, but I got over it and I'm only slightly uncomfortable now.

Gotta be spiders. When I'm not busy being afraid of them, I think spiders are actually quite cute little creatures who keep bugs out of my house (aside from themselves, of course).

I can't stand the dark, I have my lamp of amazing that I never ever ever turn off...I also don't like windows I'm always scared there will be someone just staring at me on the other side. Mirrors are a little worse than windows, I'm always scared that I will look at one and it won't be my reflection or it will be me, but be moving on its own. Oh and I really don't like walking down hallways or climbing stairs I always end up feeling like something is chasing me or something and its just never a pleasant experience...

Crustaceans, I hate them all, but specifically lobsters are the worst. If there is lobster in the fridge I will try and avoid eating anything out of it as I feel it taints everything around it. I have what I guess you could call a nightmarish fantasy of someone getting me lobster as a gift some time and then basically flipping shit and having to explain why I'm freaking out.

I use to crack them open for my parents when I was younger and they only freaked me out while alive. Now though even the thought of them can disturb me.

Also giant Isopods are some sort of creature who have found the portal from hell into our world I swear.

Buttons.

Put one near my mouth and I will throw up. They disgust and repulse me. I can't look at them and I can't touch them. I don't even like saying/typing the word. They are my enemy.

Those guys in mascot costumes you see at amusement parks and Disneyland and stuff. It's the realization that there's just some random person under the outfit that I find disturbing. Especially when I was 5 or so and I saw someone (who I guess was on a break) smoking a cigarette through the face-hole of one of those costumes. I think he was dressed as Goofy.
Oh my god mommy, he's wearing Goofy's skin!

Driving, I'm almost 25 and don't even have a learners license yet because the idea of driving a car terrifies me.

My friends think it's irrational. I don't, but then most people on the planet seem to drive, so maybe it is.

Driving a car.

During childhood and teenhood I had plenty of nightmares, during which I was forced to drive a car without licence. In the dream I had trouble reaching the pedals (on account of being a kid), always broke basic rules and was scared to death, that I might crash into someone or get stopped by police.

I have yet to take my driving lessons, but I hope that might cure my fear.

EDIT:

I was gonna say heights but its abit boring and overdone, so ill go with my more unusual fear..

Whenever i'm driving, i'm absolutly terrified that a small animal or anything really will jump out into the road. It drives me mad, i'm always having to check that theres nothing around. I guess this stems from when i was quite young my mother drove over a cat by mistake and it was one of the most horrible experiances both of us has ever had, and i just don't wanna go through that again.

Sometimes at night when I'm trying to sleep and my eyes are closed I have a phobia that there's something in the room that can only kill me when my eyes are open and it's just waiting for me to open them so I try really hard not to open my eyes at all. I wouldn't have opened them anyway because I'm trying to sleep but when you think of it, it's really hard to intentionally keep your eyes closed. Especially when you know you'll die horribly if you open them for even a second.

Woah, very weird coincedence indeed, driving not mentioned at all then all 3 of us mention it at once xD

Heights as well. I can't even think about a high drop without freaking out. When I had a university class on the 10th floor of a building I only ever went twice (what genius only gave the building two lifts, a flight of stairs that face a window and a banister that barely reaches my hip being the only think between you and certain death I do not know.) I can feel my toes curling just thinking about that.....Probably a bit more irrational in that i'm also scared of other people going near heights. I feel the urge to push them off and have to scream at them to get away before I freak out and do.

Stairs, old ones with worn steps. Especially when people are coming down the other way too.

Got stuck up a number of places because I couldn't go back down the stairs.

I absolutely hate wasps/bees (minus bumblebees, they're adorable). I don't have a fear of any other insects or arachnids...Well, except for camel spiders and bird eating spiders but that's bloody justified

Anyway, the only thing that scares me more than normal sized wasps are those giant Japanese Hornets. Which makes it a very good thing I don't live in Japan or I would never leave the house.

Also, while I'm not outright scared, I get very nervous whenever I get behind the wheel of a car. I'm 23 and I have yet to get my intermediate license. Though it probably doesn't help that I'm so short that I can barely see over the dashboard in a sedan. I can do so in an SUV but I don't trust myself with a car that big.

Disabled people especially mentally disabled, they freak me out. That's pretty irrational I guess.
I actually have this one as well. It's not an intimidation type of fear where I'm scared of them causing harm to me.

I just have this unsubstantiated feeling that someone who's autistic, mentally ill, spergy, emotionally unstable or something along those lines will go crazy and do something destructive. Especially unsupervised (Internet is a good example)

Awkward people: I always fear encountering an awkward person or a group of awkward people in a social situation. I've also noticed awkward people tend to be pretty violent, a lot of mass killers are usually identified as awkward by people associated with them.

White Knights: I believe they are by far the scariest male archetype out there. These guys will do anything for female attention and place women on a pedestal as if they are not human.
As someone who has a mental disability and a small handful of mental illnesses (plus the whole emotional instability thing. And I'm an awkward person!), I find this quite amusing. I do get it, and I do find it a completely valid thing, but nevertheless, amusing. You'd have nothing to fear from me though, if I ever get all crazy, it's aimed at myself. Nothing (and no one) has ever been hurt as a result of my illness.

As for my own irrational fears. I'll skip past the bugs, because I think that's perfectly rational (it's the legs, I think). I fear the numbers four and eight. They terrify me, and I have no clue why.

Flaming spiders with clown faces, thousands of them in a darkened room..

More seriously

Snakes

Now that may sounds like a rational fear but it becomes irrational when you can't even look at an image of one on a screen

Also heights and large boats, I still get scarred watching the scene in the Titanic where it breaks in two and comes down into the water

Less of an irrational fear and more of a irrational hatred.

Cockroaches, The big nasty Australian kind.

Whenever i see one I have to kill it with extreme prejudice then i have to bug spray any area which may be hiding cockroach eggs.

Getting a haircut. Everybody I know says I look good/better with long hair. When my parents threaten to cut my hair, I flip.
