Celtic knot earrings: Level 3. They're very small and simple. I'd say 'plain studs' would be level 1.

Cross necklace with a snake through it: Level 75. I've never seen one like it, so it a special, rare item for higher levels. :p

Shirt with vampire print: level 15. You don't just wear clothing with an artist's design on it at low level!

Dark blue panties: Level 1 (female only). Nothing special about them really.

Overzeas pants: Level 67. Sturdy jean-like pants that can last for many years, with large pockets. Definitely not standard starter gear.

Dark blue socks: Level 1. Just plain, cheap starter gear socks.

No shoes: Level 0. No level required for not wearing something. :)

Level 40 shoes of agility
Level 15 socks of comfort
Level 60 tatered pants
Level 25 shirt of badassery
Level 80 fur lined purple jacket
Level 35 watch of time distribution
level 3 silly haircut
Level 20 phone of backup

My gear definatly takes some skill to wear so I would start it off at around level 35.
