Brutal truth is preferable to blissful lies

I live by that
To which I can only reply: Yeah, you'll know how much you live by that statement once your blissful lies are taken from you.

At work; I wear a pin that says "700 club", 700 being how fast I can perform my job (not the religious program. So I get to have the following conversation every now and than.

"I see you're 700 club pin, you must be very religious"
"Yeah, I'm very religious. I'A' Cthulhu"

I see a customer attempting to steal something from electronics, and I say something to the manager back there. The guy overheard me (I said loud enough to hopefully scare him and get him to ditch it in-store), he pulls the race card on me, and I respond:

"I'm not calling you a thief because you're black, I'm calling you a thief because I saw you stealing."

I've been blackmailed by my rampant noticeable egotism to post another quote that is only inspiring if I'm the tautology of the viewer.

"If one wishes to live peacefully as a schizoid, he has two options: 1. therapy the hell out of it, 2. acquire schizotypal disorder to accompany it. Why is option 2 viable? It makes you think that the first disorder is a good one."

"If you hate what you watch, and you continue to watch what you hate, then how can you say you hate it when you're watching to the point of ignoring what I'm saying right now?"

"Music is the soul which replaces thought in one who's thoughts would only lead him to stop thinking."

"Chaos isn't evil, and even when it is, it is necessary, for chaos defines order. If no one had ever started a war, how could anyone ever discover how necessary and beautiful peace is?"

"If I haven't done it yet, it is bound to be fun somehow!" or, "When life gives you lemons, make orange juice and make them wonder how you did it." (by some random person).

And if you put spaces between each line, it becomes a haiku! :D
I'd agree, but I'm quoting Margaret Mead here when I say: "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world." It's the same basic point, but I think your version would work better if you use a synonym for people to discribe "the masses at large", rather than the plural of person. To list an example for Margaret Mead's quote, think of the Brothers Wright.

I regret nothing!
I propose a better answer with which to counter the question "Any regrets?" Namely: "Im not dead yet."

Wow... that's really hauntingly creepy. I you don't mind, I'd like to use that in a horror game. You know, Eternal Darkness style?

As nice as the idea sounds, it's not actually a quote until someone else quotes you on it. It's more of a statement. That said,

You're welcome.

My go:

"Beauty is something relative. If you don't think so, then you are a deontologist. If you don't think so, then you are in denial. If you don't think so, then we have ourselves a philosophical paradox." - From my personal metaphilosophy; "Three terms is all it takes for a debate to conclude. Anything beyond that is just going around in circles."

Oooh, sneaky me. Slipping in two statements. ;P
I can quote myself for "technical" quoting.

Your second quote, I know all too well... I go around in circles a lot.

"The Square Root of Nine is Three!"

This is actually my personal quote because it was sort of a running gag of mine on another website. It became something I did frequently and so I just kept it up. I even call my car the Threemobile. Yes, I'm that vain :D

For me, by me and from me: "You know you have found true perfection not when you find that which is flawless, but that which, despite its flaws, you would not wish to have any other way" - Me.
That's fantastic.

OT: I say "Give me strength." far too often for there to be room for much else, and that one's definitely not the product of my invention.
Wait, fantastic for a good quote, or sarcasm because of the trademarking dripping off every side of it :p

I never can tell without italics in these ambiguous situations...
And now you'll never know!

"Why give 110% when you can get by with 50?"

I remember hearing someone in my school say that, and I realized that it also describes me. Odd...

"Walk softly, and carry a big gun" (yay 40k! :D)
and then there is something someone said to me.
"you ok? you know you aren't anyones bit**, look straight, chin up, and if I see you look at the ground again your fired."

I don't fear death. It wouldn't make any sense to do so, for as long as I'm alive, that which I fear has not come to pass, and once it finally does, I won't be around any longer to fear it. No, the only thing I fear is the life I'm going to leave behind. For this reason, I must live it to the fullest, so that when I do pass, I can do so with a smile on my face.

When I get annoyed/surprised, I shout out variations of "In den/dem Garten der Götter" which means "In the garden of the Gods".[footnote]Correct translation/meaning of translations not guaranteed.[/footnote]

EG.
Was im Garten der Götter ist das? - What in the garden of the Gods is that?

I also substitute it for other nouns:
Wir gehen in den Garten der Götter, nicht wahr? - We're going to the garden of the Gods, right?

I'm fairly sure that quote originally came from Al Capone...

On topic....

I'm no Christian but "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you" is a good one, also "You have enemies? Good, that means you have stood up for something or someone at least once in your life" by Winston Churchill, and finally, "Science is organised knowledge, wisdom is organised life" by Immanual Kant.
And finally:

?The clock of life is wound but once, and no man has the power
to tell just when the hands will stop, at late or early hour. Now is
the only time you own. Live, love, toil with a will. Place no faith in
time. For the clock may soon be still.? - ?Eddie? O' Hare?
