"Shit" seems to be my preferred word for those kinds of situations. I mostly say it under my breath rather than really loud.

I don't know if... wait a minute! Actually, there is something. Recently I have been saying: "This shit is bananas!" You see, I try to look at the bright side of a situation. And I like bananas. Well, banana pudding. Saying: "This shit is banana pudding!" just feels excessive.
For me it's something like: OM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM!!!!!... Yeah it always seems to work =D

That's pretty much what I say when stressed.
If it is a superstressing situation, I say "FAEN" repeatedly, very very fast.
"Ahh Damn it! Ah Shit!"
