Well, this is certainly true. I enjoy the reviews even if I never had any intention of buying the game at all - which for me is any console only game, irregardless of which console, or any platformer. I do find it more interesting though if it is a game that I did have some intention or consideration of purchasing. Alpha Protocol fell into that category. I almost pre-ordered it, but I'm glad I didn't.Stabby Joe said:I'm not sure too many people actually care. I could see the wider appeal but Yahtzee rips on games more than the average reviewer, I'm not sure if they're the first place to go when looking into a game.itf cho said:Well, this is certainly true. Yeah, I asked this questiona couple of days ago and some people told me it's because those people respond too early to have possibly watched the video. But this second guy talks about the interference so he has clearly watched it.QuiB25 said:Do the first two people that respond to something get put on probation automatically or what? I'm really trying to figure out why they were.
So it is... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IrregardlessStabby Joe said:Also, sorry to nit-pick but "irregardless" is incorrect.
well, to be fair, Yahtzee has entered a sea of gaming meh.Vhite said:Not as good as usual. Yhatzees reviews lack they unique charm they had. Now every review is just same rant. Its still funny but it blends together with some last 15 reviews.
But why? It's MORE letters than the proper usage.itf cho said:So it is... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IrregardlessStabby Joe said:Also, sorry to nit-pick but "irregardless" is incorrect.
However, it's been in common usage since at least 1923, so I guess I'll stick with it.![]()
Hence why I doubt there's a problem with the recent lack of multiple platform reviews.itf cho said:And back on topic... I don't rely just on Yahtzee, of course. His reviews are as much for the entertainment value as anything else. Gamespot and PC Gamer are other sources are reviews for me.
Crackdown was amazingly fun, go get it.Sinclose said:I've never played Crackdown, but I find it really lazy the sequel takes place in the same city.
You gotta be real careful when you interact with people, they say mean junk :OBlueInkAlchemist said:As a WoW subscriber, I must say that there's nothing to fear about direct sunlight. It just needs to be handled in the same way as direct interactions with people and any sort of interaction with customer service: in small doses while covered in lotion to prevent skin damage.
