A character who can't die, action-packed combat, lots of fun puzzles.. that would be a great game. Except then they would go and add in bullshit to "balance" the fact that you can't die, and I would instantly not want anything to do with it.
I with people would quit bitching about games being "too easy", cause as far as I'm concerned I'd much rather play an "easy" game than one I'll never beat cause there will inevitably be "that one area" that'll cause so much frustration and rage I would rather slit my own throat with the disc than be arsed to continue playing. Well, that and people seem to have a very loose idea of what "easy" actually means, these days.
Like Yahtzee said, good ideas poorly implemented. Enjoyed the review, too. The game reminded me of Plok and Decap Attack. I haven't played those in ages.
