I'm just sad it was one of the ones with that absolutely atrocious generic synthmetal intro/outro.
I miss when the intro/outro were jokes unto themselves.
While I don't consider the standardised intro/credit song to be "atrocious", I was severely disappointed when Yahtzee decided to switch to it. The unique intro and credit songs gave each episode a unique personality. Even after more than two years after the fact, I still feel like ZP lost a part of it's charm due to that change. Fortunately, at least Extra Credit decided to keep their unique credit song model.
Anyway, I was also disappointed that it wasn't one of Yahtzee's earlier episodes that won, since I always love rewatching those. That said, I suppose we could have done a lot worse than Duke Nukem Forever.

It's actually kind of ironic that it was an episode reviewing a unreleased game that came out as the winner.
That said, I am honestly suprised Painkiller did so well. I mean, it wasn't a bad episode, but I could think of at least a few that I thought were far better. But personal opinions are personal opinions....
