Zune Or iPod

Ive got an apacer mp3/mp4 player. I'm happy with it.

Has 4 gb (i dont see why i would need more, i only used less then 1 gb)

I actually like the fact that everyone i know have ipods, and i got my trusty apacer.

And i got it for scrap.

I'm using the 120GB Zune and I really like it. The software for it is really nice too.

I don't know I always seem to have to replace my ipod every 2 years. Not sure what it is, maybe I'm just a clumsy oaf who drops stuff way too much.

I didn't even know what a Zune was 'til the boyfriend told me about his. I checked it out, but I don't think I've seen them in stores here in the UK. I'm perfectly happy with my 8GB iPod Touch, even if it has frozen badly twice and was only bought in January.

Well I've seen lots of people with ipods and none with zunes, I don't even think they sell them outside the US, their that bad.

they have them here in canada i think its more down to looks to everyone has an ipod so everyone wants an ipod.
i personally have a sony mp3 and im fine with it =]

In other words, Microsoft's failed attempt to compete with the iPod. I own an 8 GB iPod Touch (2nd gen.), and it's freakin' awesome. I've never even seen a Zune in a store, and only know one person who owns one.

I used to have the old Zune model, and it held up to a ten-foot drop. Not sure about the new ones though.
However I swapped it for an ipod video because it felt like I was carrying around a brick in my pocket.

I own a 30GB Zune and I really don't see what the big deal between the two is. I bought it second hand, but "factory restored" from eBay last year, and since then its worked a treat.

I like the big screen (bigger than wheel iPods, but not bigger than the new touch screen ones) and the menus and software are easy to navigate. I don't use the Zune store, so DRM etc. is not an issue for me. All in all, I like it

And it's something abit different, as iPods are common as muck these days.

Yeah you can say failed...I guess, the 120 gig Zune I own is a lot better than the Ipod touch in my oppinion, But then again I don't like games or internet browsing on handheld but if lots of music movies and tv shows are your bag then Zune is the way to go.

I prefer the zune,
i like the look and menus better,
no iTunes,
and wifi data transfer between zunes is pretty cool when u got friends who have em too
downside is that more ppl don't have em
