This article reminds me: I might have to buy Ultimate Alliance 3 again at some point. I had it at the time, but traded it in for something else. I'll buy it used though.
He does have his points, but I am happy the game was even made and they even got all of the original English dub voice actors back. I would not mind a Kill La Kill stylish action game, but I have feeling it would have leaned a little more towards Dynasty Warriors. At least we got a fun game that is clearly for the fans first, everyone else second.
Chatting in the Welcome To Raccoon City Thread reminded me of this. Video game movies still have a long way to go.

What did I help with again? Is it that one Gameology reaction video, where I showed the sword fighters reacting AC's combat, and you could see how the combat gets worse as the titles move forward?
The Gameology one about the architects talking about Rapture. Which lead me to the one about them talking about the AC maps.
This guy has also done a series called "Gaming for a non-gamer" which are interesting for considering the perspective of someone trying to get into gaming for the first time.

I haven't really watched Castle Super Beast, mostly because I have a number of podcasts and stuff I'm trying to catch up on more then anything else, but I realized that's Pat and Woolie from Super Best Friends play. I heard the group broke up apparently but I don't know what happened because I only occasionally watched Super Best Friends Play and it fell off my radar a few years back.

Matt and Pat weren't doing to well together after a long while, so they decided to go there separate ways. All 4 went in their own directions. Matt went solo, but occasionally still teams up with Liam. As you see, Pat and Woolie still do podcasts and the occasional playthrough. Woolie also confirmed that Matt and Patt won't be seeing each other ever again, so don't expect any kind of reunion with all four together in the same room. Here's Matt's recent video on Sonic Forces.
Sega/Sonic Team, whatever you are doing for your next Sonic game, please take all the time you need and stay focused. No half-baked stupid gimmicks, no trying to cater to every Sonic fan imaginable, and no more pandering to nostalgia. Just stay fucking focused on the things Sonic has done well or exceed at.
