She lives in a famous castle that the tourism board brags about and has its own Wikipedia page. It's like "doxing" Jeff Bezos by reading internet news articles about his new house.
Maybe it was the address to one of her other castles.

Also, fuck J.K. Rowling. Can't be said enough.

What's even worse is that the "dox" in this case is.. 3 people photographing themselves standing outside the enormous security gate on her mansion holding pro-trans signs.

Harry Potter fans have been photographing themselves in the same place for years.

Meanwhile, her "gender critical" friends over at the BBC interview a serial rapist who uses the exposure to publish a list of specific trans women she wants people to murder.

It really hit me the other day that this isn't just a war on trans people (although it is) it's also a generational war. For the first time, there is a generation of young trans people who have been able to communicate with one another via the internet, and who have developed the socially unacceptable idea that they deserve a degree of genuine societal inclusion rather than the insincere façade of tolerance older trans people have learned to accept. But because young trans people don't have a lot of cultural capital, we get this entirely one sided debate between old white women (and ageing, increasingly unfunny comedians) and whatever they imagine trans kids are talking about, because they're so out of touch they don't know.

Imagine being a fucking billionaire, living the kind of absolute decadent, luxurious existence once reserved for royalty (except with even fewer responsibilities) and utterly divorced from any comprehensible form of hardship or suffering, and yet spending your time worrying about what a bunch of teenagers (who have probably lived extremely hard lives in their short time on this earth) are saying on the internet.

Whatever sympathy I ever had for JK Rowling is dried up at this point. Being that rich is already a crime against humanity, but if you're going to do it at least have the decency not to intrude into the lives of real people.

The worst part is that if she held the opposite views most her current supporters would be saying that celebrities should stay out of politics.

I dunno maybe she's a bit upset about all the porn being posted when she shared kids drawings online and all the rape threats also being posted there.

The worst part is that if she held the opposite views most her current supporters would be saying that celebrities should stay out of politics.
You reap what you so, people wanted celebs getting in on politics and being more political, they're getting it.

Yes, and people who clapback at this now take part in it.

Who cares about Melania and Jill Biden and their Christmas decorations.

Melania's been out for almost year now. And First Lady Christmas preparations matter infinitely less than the policies of their respective husbands.

Look, all i'm trying to say is that "War on Christmas" isn't real. But it should be.
We should retake the territory slowly annexed by Christmas Season, and push back the plastic christmas trees, elves on shelves and twerking santas.

The concept of trans you're talking about is genuinely younger than Rowling. You're upset at the old person not getting the Pokemans.

No it isn't. It's just that throughout most of history, it's been punishable with anything from social expulsion to death.
The concept of gender didn't exist. You are either conflating any social norms as modern gender theory, or outright making up nonsense

Roman emperor Elagabalus's reign begins. According to Cassius Dio, Elagabalus delighted in being called the mistress, wife, and queen of Hierocles, one of Elagabalus's lovers.[6] The emperor wore makeup and wigs, preferred to be called a lady and not a lord, and offered vast sums to any physician who could provide the emperor with a vagina;[7][6] for this reason, the emperor is seen by some writers as an early transgender figure and one of the first on record as seeking sex reassignment surgery.[7][6][8][9]
Rolandino Roncaglia is tried for sodomy, an event that caused a sensation in Italy. He confessed he "had never had sexual intercourse, neither with his wife nor with any other woman, because he had never felt any carnal appetite, nor could he ever have an erection of his virile member". After his wife died of plague, Rolandino started to prostitute himself, wearing female dresses because "since he has female look, voice and movements – although he does not have a female orifice, but has a male member and testicles – many persons considered him to be a woman because of his appearance".[13]
In Berlin, Germany, Doctor Magnus Hirschfeld co-founds the Institut für Sexualwissenschaft (Institute for Sex Research), a pioneering private research institute and counseling office. Its library of thousands of books was destroyed by Nazis in May 1933.[15][16][17]
Lili Elbe had received emasculation and ovary transplant in June 1930.[18] She changed her legal gender in October 1930.
Plastic surgeon Harold Gillies carries out female-to-male sex reassignment surgery on Michael Dillon in Britain.
The term transgender is coined by psychiatrist John F. Oliven of Columbia University in his 1965 reference work Sexual Hygiene and Pathology.[29]
And more.....

Are you referring to the ones about sex change research?

Perhaps it's silly of me not to treat crossdressing and prostitution as equivalent to the current concept of transgenderism.
No, you're right, there's zero link whatsoever there, good thinking
