Why a car company would want to join the fray when so many portable gaming platforms are doing such a great job of being irritants to drivers already is kinda ludicrous.
As for Del Toro, I’ve read before about how baffled and irked he was at Konami’s insanity. The above article also mentioned him being “enthralled” by the Silent Hills project, so chances are he would’ve loved to continue being involved but basically said “fuck this industry” after Konami decided to drop such a steaming, greedy deuce on it.

There is some good news. I still say they could have gotten $400 million out of them, but with all the policy changes Riot has to adhere to by law, it's still a sweet victory. Also, Riot is getting monitored for at least 3 years. Hilarious.
